And can I just say, as someone who just bought a house in this awful market (and I’m trying not to think about how small the piano room is, my piano will be moved next week) … anyway, you have my sympathies. The lack of inventory is crazy. After we went under contract to, my real estate agent told me to stop looking at Zillow because finding something that seemed like a better option would be decentering. But there aren’t any, I’ve continued looked at Zillow even after we closed, and I still get push notifications to my email etc. And the inventory is so limited, it’s amazing. We’re very lucky we found the house we did.
